1. What this website adds
The public site adds no advertising cookies, tracking pixels, external analytics or session replay. Fonts and original assets are served through this project. The optional Spotify album player is off by default. Only selecting “Load Spotify player” connects to Spotify, which may then process technical data and set cookies under its own policies.
2. Language and form preferences
Language is carried in the page URL, without a saved language profile. Inquiry fields are sent when you submit. Essential session storage preserves page scroll positions. Spotify consent is kept only in this tab’s memory during navigation, is not saved to browser storage, and resets when the page is reloaded or the tab closes.
3. Hosting and essential processing
The hosting platform may process technical requests or use essential mechanisms for delivery, availability and security. Public pages have no visitor login. The private owner area uses essential browser storage to keep the owner signed in. The contact form does not create a visitor conversation session.
4. Your controls
Media preferences in the footer shows whether Spotify is enabled and can remove the player immediately. The player also has its own removal control. Revoking unmounts the iframe and stops further player requests; it does not delete cookies already set on Spotify’s origin. Use browser controls or Spotify’s controls to manage those. External listening links are always optional and open a separate service.
5. Changes
Any addition of nonessential measurement, preference storage or embedded services requires a privacy review and an updated policy. Optional processing will not be described as essential merely to avoid a choice.
