1. Operator and scope
Prompt Fab LLC operates this corporate website. This policy covers this website, not the separate services of the ventures or third-party destinations linked from it. Those services may have different operators, geographic eligibility, terms and privacy practices.
2. Information collected
Visiting the website involves basic technical information processed by the hosting platform, such as requests and security-related logs. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, message, optional organization, topic, venture context and language are sent to the Prompt Fab team by email. A one-way hashed network address is used for short-lived abuse prevention. No public account, checkout, newsletter or document upload is offered here.
3. Purposes and service providers
Website information is used to provide pages, preserve security and investigate faults. Lovable hosts this website and its original assets. No advertising pixels, session replay, external analytics scripts or external font services are added. On the TheNXT.xyz venture page, Spotify loads only after you choose “Load Spotify player”; before that, no Spotify player, thumbnail or connection is requested. Loading permits Spotify to process technical data and use cookies under its own privacy and cookie policies. External links open separate services.
4. Contact by email
The contact form sends your message to the Prompt Fab team using Lovable Emails. We reply by email; no visitor account or private conversation link is created. Your address is used as Reply-To so we can respond. Please do not provide identity documents, banking information or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
5. Retention and deletion
Email correspondence is kept as needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable obligations. This website does not create a new conversation archive for contact submissions. Historical website inquiry records remain private and follow their existing retention controls. Abuse-prevention records expire after one day. Hosting and email service records follow provider retention controls; an exact provider duration has not been independently confirmed.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, object to processing or complain to a competent authority. Use the privacy category in Home’s Contact section; requests have a 30-day response target. A proportionate identity check may be necessary, but do not send identity documents through the general form. Media preferences lets you remove Spotify immediately. The choice is held only in memory for this open tab and resets on reload; removal stops further player requests but cannot undo data already processed by Spotify.
7. International processing and security
Hosting and platform processing may involve locations outside your country. No promise is made that every processing activity remains in one country. Security measures reduce risk but do not make any service risk-free. This website does not claim a compliance certification, a security audit certification or universal conformity with privacy laws.
8. Children and policy changes
This corporate site is not directed to children. Venture-specific age and eligibility rules belong to each product. Material changes to collection or operational practices will be reflected in an updated policy version across languages.
